Animation Academy July 7 - 11
Greetings Animation Academy "Day Camper" participants and parents!
We are incredibly excited to host such a talented group of young voices in Bloomington this summer and provide a wonderful experience to help you further your passion and create a tight-knit network of friendships as you explore animation.
To make the most of your week, we stress that you must read this page thoroughly.
First, please ensure that the three required e-forms linked below are filled out and submitted by a parent or guardian before registration on Sunday or we cannot allow your child to attend.
The required forms can all be found here.
DROP-OFF/PICK-UP
Drop-off/Check-In
Monday, July 7th between 8:30-9am EST
Franklin Hall (601 E Kirkwood Ave, Bloomington, IN 47405)

Should you need to arrive late call Andrew, the program Director, at (812) 856-8083 to inform him. He can then let Gaby know.
Daily Pick-up
Monday through Thursday, students will be concluding each day at Franklin Hall in the Game Lab (Room 035) at 5pm. They will be escorted to the main entrance of Franklin Hall for easy pickup. You may either enter the building and pick them up from the classroom, or you may wait for them at the Sample Gates. There will be staff waiting with the campers there until 5:30pm. Please do your best to ensure your student is accounted for as promptly as possible. If you are unable to arrive by 5:30 to pick up your child, please email cineacad@iu.edu or call the program director.
If you live/work nearby and you would like your student to walk on their own at the end of the day, please fill out the additional consent form on our forms page. We will not allow campers to leave on their own without your prior written consent.

The finale event will take place in the Franklin Hall Commons. Staff will be at the south entrance to greet you and guiding you in the right direction. Students will get to present their projects to friends and family. Parking and other direction maps can be found here.
You will be picking up your student directly after the showcase.
MEALS
Lunch
Campers will be eating lunch at the Forest Residence Hall Food Court (a 15 to 20 minute walk from Franklin Hall). Each student will be given a meal card that allows them access to the dining hall. Meals are all-you-care-to-eat, so there won’t be any issue of running out of money.
Food Allergies/Dietary Restrictions
Generally, there is plenty of food to accommodate all diet types. An RPS Registered Dietician will be on staff, so please feel free to contact them prior to the session for specific dietary discussions. Customers with life-threatening allergies should use caution. Request to speak with the chef at dining locations to prepare food in allergen-free areas for your specific dietary needs.
To inform us of food allergies or any additional questions, please contact:
